[15:54] <jqr> many complained about "special characters" (the apostrophe, or period)

[15:55] <jqr> "not sure why we have a comment form, we've never received a single comment"

[16:19] <jqr> it does if your application requires a POST request to process
[16:19] <mileszs> Filling out 30 forms, even if they were all a model of usability, sounds horrible.
